Session Theme: It is easy, when lives and minds are busy, to ignore our bodies.

Throughout the day, the week, the year, we lose touch with our physical bodies. To fall out of tune with it. To stop listening and responding to what it needs. This is where the breakdown of health and vitality begins.

Meditation is about becoming more aware of every aspect of our life. Including the body. We hear when we need to eat and when we need to stop. We notice we are thirsty so we drink adequate water. We notice we have to go to the bathroom and we do. We noticed our posture slumping forward…so we stand up and move and stretch and strengthen. We notice this beautiful container of our soul and we take care of it.
