Before you begin to notice the effects of your daily meditation practice, others will notice first.
They will consciously and unconsciously sense something different about you. Maybe they pick up on a split second delay before you react. Or see a fleeting glimpse of peace on your face. Or watch in surprise as you simply let something go instead of fighting, clawing, harping.
They notice the way you are quietly, confidently moving through space.
They begin to lean in. Instead of away.
