Hello! I am leading Guided Meditation from the road today. I will be on the interstate to Indianapolis, but I will be the passenger, so it should be great. Two things to note: 1. I will keep today’s session short and sweet. 2. Since I will be on the road, there is a small chance I could have a tech glitch or bad service. If that happens, take a few deep mindful breaths….and I will see you tomorrow instead.

Here is a link to a fantastic podcast episode by Peter Attia MD, regarding Alzheimers. Informative and inspiring. I follow this topic closely because my grandmother had early onset dementia…she was diagnosed in her forties and slid rapidly. Peter’s work also often explores the science of stress and mindfulness, thus I think you might like him.

I will be leading Guided Meditation from the road today! Literally. I will be on the interstate somewhere between Madison, WI and Atlanta, Georgia. I expect solid cellular service, but we will do our best with whatever connection the universe provides. This will be a fun exercise in going with the flow and bringing our meditation to new environments.
